One request per IBAN, sent in batches of 100. Results are cached six hours, so recalculating does not pay twice. French: IBAN_VALIDE, IBAN_BANQUE, IBAN_CONTROLE. German: IBAN_GUELTIG, IBAN_BANKNAME, IBAN_PRUEFUNG.
