San Marino bank codes (BCSM operating banks)
The four operating banks of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino, with the ABI code, the BIC the Central Bank pairs with it, the registered office, and the exact answer of the IBANforge API. Refreshed monthly with the other registers.
The Central Bank publishes the banks it supervises, not the allocation of the ABI code space. So a code on this list names its holder, and a code absent from it proves nothing: San Marino also licenses payment and e-money institutions that are not banks, and the official San Marino example IBAN itself carries an ABI that is not on this page. That is why the API answers authoritative: false here — unlike Austria or Slovakia, an absence is never a reason to stop a payment.
